Independent Living
While we offer many options, Hillcrest’s charming cottages are a popular choice for the 62+ crowd. They are the best of both worlds: All of the privacy, independence and space of a single-family home alongside the conveniences of community living. Unlike typical high-density 62+ communities, Hillcrest has a true neighborhood feeling with tree-lined streets, front yards, patios, front porches and more.
Our campus covers over 50 acres, and it is easily accessible by car, golf cart or the community trolly and shuttle. Plus, when you move in, you can make it your own by choosing internal finishes and the paint colors you like—no additional charge. Additional customization is available and will be quoted.
Residential Living
We are one of the few communities that offer this option. It feels like independent living but adds a little extra support. However, not as much support as assisted living. Residents enjoy a country kitchen in close proximity to the Aquatic and Fitness Center, the Meeting House, the Chapel and the Village Center.
Assisted Living
At Hillcrest, assisted living doesn’t feel like typical “assisted living.” Apartment homes come with just the right amount of discreet services perfect for helping you live independently while getting the support you need. Full services include delicious dining, housekeeping, all utilities, cable and home maintenance.
5-Star Rated Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Whether you need short-term rehabilitation to get back on your feet or long-term skilled nursing, Hillcrest offers around-the-clock care in a comfortable setting with private and semi-private rooms. Woods Health Services is rated 5 stars by Medicare.gov. Our skilled nursing provides services to Hillcrest residents and residents around Los Angeles. We are licensed by the state of California and certified by Medicare and Medi-Cal.
Memory Support
Hillcrest is perfect for couples who want to stay together when the caregiver needs support. Everyone gets what they need: support, care and lifestyle. Our philosophy is to live your best life despite the challenges of dementia. At Hillcrest, memory support is highly customized and engaging to create the best life possible. Memory support (also known as memory care) is a type of residential service that gives 24-hour specialized care to adults with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. While these apartments are typically reserved for Hillcrest residents, we do occasionally have openings that may be available for non-Hillcrest residents. Please inquire about openings.
